It was on my wish list of best coffee shops to visit. And they delivered it. I couldn’t be more than happy. I had one of the best espresso before CLF on Thursday, I was surprise to learn that it was from Tolima Colombia as The acidity was higher for a Colombian coffee that’s due probably from the blend of cherry variety. Medium acidity, fruity at the beginning Round and smooth aftertaste with a finish of berries, Well executed. Thank you again for this experience and for the service. I will definitely come back.
Lovely strong deep espresso. Love the decor. Cute seats by the window watching the world go by outside. The location is fab as right next to Spitalfields Markets
This place was recommended by a barista from my fav coffee shop. The vibe was really nice and cappuccino was smooth. What’s most surprising was the canelé! It was tender insider but slightly crispy outside. I like the texture very much!
Everything about this café is amazing, from the cozy atmosphere that feels like a small living room to the charming decor and small seating area. I loved it. It is so cute and feels truly local and independent. The matcha was incredible as they use ceremonial grade and it was absolutely perfect, one of the best in the area. You have to stop by when visiting Spitalfields and their baked goods are wonderful too.
Nagare Coffee is an awesome little gem just outside Spitalfields Market with big Japanese grandma energy. Expect beautiful interiors, soft lofi beats, and a serious coffee game. Their house brew is smooth, slightly fruity, and perfectly balanced — no bitterness, just vibes. I had an iced coffee paired with a hot one (both served beautifully - just look at those ceramics), and the miso caramel shortbread was the standout bake. The earl grey muffin looked the part but leaned too sweet for me. Service is quick and friendly, with drinks brought to your table if you’re staying in. Seating is limited, especially indoors, but the buzz and cosy vibe make it worth the squeeze. Highly recommend for anyone into great coffee, minimal design, and pastries with personality. Heads-up — a Soho branch is on the way.
I found this place on my instagram feed, and have been doing all sorts Japanese activities to hype myself up for my Japan trip this September, I originally visited yesterday for the curry bread, but decided to come back today to try their coffee and cake, the place is small but cozy, the cakes look amazing and so do the table ware! The staff are amazing and friendly, I will definitely treat myself every Thursday for coffee and cake as I start late mornings, and it’s only a 20 minute walk from my workplace
Quaint little coffee shop with a relaxing atmosphere. There's limited seating and no public restroom so it's probably only a good place for solo people or duos looking for a quick spot to enjoy a drink. I got the iced hojicha latte and the coffee walnut cake. Both were delicious and a great way to start my day.
This cafe is located on Brushfield Street, near Spitalfields, about a 10 mins walk from the Underground. It’s very convenient to stop by after visiting the market! The cafe is a bit small with limited seating, I ordered a matcha latte and a coffee walnut cake. The quality of the food and coffee was quite good, and the cafe played cozy music, creating a nice atmosphere for relaxation. I look forward to coming back to try more of their pastries!
